1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 ServicesWe provide professional massage therapy services in compliance with Nevada state licensing requirements under NRS Chapter 640C. All our therapists are licensed by the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy. Services may include various types of massage, such as Swedish, deep tissue, or Thai massage, tailored to your needs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including health concerns or inappropriate behavior.1.2 Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, email, or through any online system we may use.

• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost to compensate for lost booking opportunities.

• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

• We may cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as therapist illness or emergencies, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

1.3 Payments and Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified.

• All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused gift certificates or in cases of service dissatisfaction, but not for completed services.
