Terms and Conditions for 4MThai Massage
General Provisions This document outlines the terms and conditions for services provided by 4MThai Massage in Las Vegas, Nevada. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 640C concerning Massage Therapy.
Scope of Services 4MThai Massage provides professional massage therapy services. All services are performed by licensed and insured massage therapists in accordance with Nevada state regulations. Our services are for therapeutic purposes only and do not include any non-therapeutic or illicit activities. Any inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to inappropriate touching, vulgar language, or harassment, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may lead to further legal action.
Licensing and Regulation 4MThai Massage operates under all necessary business licenses and our massage therapists are licensed by the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy, adhering to the requirements outlined in NRS Chapter 640C and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Chapter 640C. We are subject to regulation by the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy and local authorities in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Payment & Fees Payment for services is due at the time of booking or at the time of service, as specified by 4MThai Massage. Service fees are clearly listed and agreed upon prior to booking. Prices may vary based on service type, duration, and any special promotions. Gratuity is not included in the service price and is at the client's discretion.
Cancellations and Rescheduling All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least [e.g., 24 hours] in advance of the appointment time will receive a full refund or credit for a future service. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than [e.g., 24 hours] but more than [e.g., 5 hours] before the appointment time may incur a [e.g., 50%] cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. 4MThai Massage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to therapist unavailability or emergencies. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Medical Waiver & Disclaimer Clients are responsible for disclosing any known medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may be affected by massage services prior to their session. 4MThai Massage provides therapeutic massage therapy and is not equipped to diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify treatment if we believe it may be detrimental to the client’s health. Certain conditions, such as pregnancy or recent surgeries, may require a physician’s consent or may preclude certain services. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with their healthcare provider regarding any concerns before receiving massage services.
Indemnification Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 4MThai Massage, its officers, contractors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of our services or facilities, or any breach of these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability Except where prohibited by applicable law, the aggregate liability of 4MThai Massage, its affiliates, agents, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents to you for all claims arising from or relating to this agreement, or your use of the services, including without limitation, your interaction with any therapist(s) or other customer(s), any cause of action sounding in contract, tort, or strict liability, will not exceed the total amount received by 4MThai Massage from you during the six-month period prior to the act, omission, or occurrence giving rise to such liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
Privacy Policy 4MThai Massage is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected from clients will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services, managing appointments, and communicating with clients. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Intellectual Property All content on 4MThai Massage 's website, marketing materials, and in-spa documentation, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service marks, are the property of 4MThai Massage and are protected by intellectual property laws. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Changes to Terms and Conditions 4MThai Massage reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
